Through IIAA, you have access to the Caliper Profile and Service Profile. These personality assessment tests are designed to help employers learn more about an individual's personality traits and occupational motivations. By matching an individual's personality strengths with the requirements of a particular job, this test can help reduce costly hiring mistakes and employee turnover.
The Caliper tests consist of multiple-choice questions and an answer sheet. Once completed, the tests can be faxed or mailed to Caliper. Caliper consultants will contact the employer by telephone as well as provide a full written report on the results of the test.
