ACCREDITED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ACSR) DESIGNATION PROGRAM
ACSR is a national designation program developed by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA) and administered by the The American Institute for CPCU (AICPCU) to promote and recognize the professionalism of customer service personnel in the insurance industry.
With more than 13,000 designees, ACSR is the nation's largest and most prestigious program of its kind. Earning the ACSR designation takes hard work and commitment, and the results are immediate. ACSR's have more product knowledge, better selling and account rounding skills and are highly prepared to provide clients with outstanding service. ACSR designations can be earned in PERSONAL LINES, COMMERCIAL LINES and/or LIFE & HEALTH.
