AAI is a designation program developed and administered by  The American Institute for CPCU.  This is a three-course (nine segment) program for experienced insurance producers and experienced service representatives.  It addresses technical knowledge of insurance products (coverage provisions), market knowledge of those who buy insurance (client needs) and how to manage the producer's office operations to facilitate sales.  Those completing the program earn the AAI Designation.
