EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES & DISCRIMINATION LIABILITY
(Available only to Westport E&O Insureds)

Don't play games with your future or the future of your agency.  As an employer you need protection.  Protection that The Independent Insurance Agents of America and Employers Reinsurance Corporation can provide through our Employment Practices and Discrimination Liability (EPL) policy.

Through our EPL policy you are provided a defense and you are insured for damages caused by covered wrongful employment practices which include:

♦ sexual harassment 
♦ wrongful termination
♦ wrongful discipline
♦ defamation
♦ invasion of privacy
♦ misrepresentation
♦ failure to employ/promote
♦ breach of employment contract
♦ equal pay violations
♦ wrongful infliction of emotional distress or retaliation
♦ wrongful deprivation of career opportunity

You are also covered for employment related acts of discrimination.  This coverage extends to acts that pertain to an employee's: disability • race • handicap • religion • age - gender • sexual orientation • sexual preference • pregnancy • national origin

Limits are available from $100,000 to $1,000,000 and deductibles from $5,000 to $50,000.
