Through our EPL policy you are provided a defense and you are insured for damages caused by covered wrongful employment practices which include:

♦ breach of employment contract
♦ equal pay violations
♦ wrongful infliction of emotional distress or retaliation
♦ wrongful deprivation of career opportunity
You are also covered for employment related acts of discrimination. This coverage extends to acts that pertain to an employee's: disability • race • handicap • religion • age - gender • sexual orientation • sexual preference • pregnancy • national origin
Limits are available from $100,000 to $1,000,000 and deductibles from $5,000 to $50,000.
