LEGISLATIVE ISSUES - The IIAC is registered as a lobbyist and is very active in the Connecticut Legislature advancing the interests of Independent Agents. Our national organization, IIABA, is the predominant lobbying force on behalf of agents at all levels of the government and is ranked among the top 10 of all lobbying groups in the United States. IIABA takes an active, visible role in shaping insurance laws and makes it easier for you to do business.

Limits of Liability—begin at $100,000 per claim, $300,000 aggregate and can be quoted up to a maximum of $15M per claim, $15M aggregate
