Only those independent agencies located in Washington, D.C. are eligible for active membership in MWAIIA. Agencies located in Maryland, Virginia and other states that are members of their Big “I” state association can join MWAIIA as a special member. MWAIIA offers three membership options so insurance agencies, interested company and organizational partners can enjoy the benefits of participation in the association.
