Steve Anderson, President, The Anderson Network, Inc.
Steve has been a licensed independent agent for over 30 years. Having worked as a manager and producer in two agencies, he has a practical understanding of agency operations, marketing and sales management, and how to use technology to more effectively manage and grow an agency. He is editor of The Anderson Agency Report (TAAR) and writes regularly for Rough Notes Magazine. Steve is also Dean of the Technology Department for the IIABA Virtual University and a member of the national faculty for the Society of CIC. 2 Hours P&C CE

Brian McNeely, Reagan Consulting
Brian joined Reagan Consulting in 2007. Brian is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) and primarily works with clients on mergers and acquisitions and agency valuations. Prior to joining Reagan, Brian spent approximately five years at The Home Depot in roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Brian focused on mergers and acquisitions, participating in due diligence exercises, performing financial and strategic analysis and leading acquisition integrations. Prior to The Home Depot, Brian was an auditor with Arthur Andersen, LLP. Brian obtained his undergraduate degree and Master of Accountancy degree from Auburn University. 1 Hour P&C CE

KEYNOTE: Thomas V. Ealy, Encompass Insurance
Tom joined Allstate in 2011 to lead Encompass Insurance and Allstate’s independent agent strategy. He has 22 years of experience as an independent agent and broker that followed 4 years as a multi-line commercial underwriter. For the 10 years prior to joining Allstate, he held various senior roles with broker Willis, including Chief Operating Officer for North America. While in this role he authored and implemented Willis’ small business and personal lines strategies, which helped lead to the company’s acquisition of Hilb Rogal & Hobbs, an independent agency-based national broker. Prior to Willis, Tom built the Midwest region for USI, also an independent agency-based national broker. He earned his bachelors degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Harvard University. 1 Hour P&C CE
IIABA UPDATE: David Walker, CIC, AAI, LIC, Vice Chairman, Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, Inc.
David Walker is president of Hartland Insurance Agency in Hartland, Mich. He began his insurance career in 1979, and joined Hartland Insurance Agency as a producer. He has served on the Michigan Association of Insurance Agents (MAIA) Young Agents Council, Education Committee, Legislative Affairs Committee and Agency-Company Relations Committee. Additionally, he has served on the board of directors and as president of MAIA and the Genesee County Independent Agents. At the national level, he has served on the boards of the IIABA, CAP and IIABA Advantage, and as a member of the IIABA Professional Liability Committee. 1 Hour P&C CE
