The purpose of Trusted Choice is to position independent agencies to compete against other nationally branded insurance providers such as direct writers and captive agency companies. The brand communicates to consumers the benefits of using an independent agency: choice of companies, customized policies and advocacy support at times of need (i.e. during a claim). These are the very benefits they want from their insurance agent, but don’t know your agency offers!
Independent agencies have done a great job of branding themselves locally. But independent agencies still need a nationally recognized brand to compete in the increasingly crowded insurance marketplace. Trusted Choice’s mission is to increase consumer awareness of independent agencies and the value-added benefits they provide. Most consumers do not know independent agencies provide choice, customization and advocacy support. And most don’t know how to find a trusted insurance advisor. That’s where Trusted Choice® comes in.
