Roadmap to Becoming a Best Practices Agency
The Best Practices Management Institute (BPMI), beginning on Sept. 12, will help agencies enhance customer service, build "the ultimate" producer and provide essential information for every owner and agency manager. The BPMI will cover core Best Practices concepts and business philosophies, secrets from highly effective agency leaders, the components of successful sales cultures in Best Practices agencies and the factors most critical to building and measuring agency value.
As an added bonus, a leadership panel comprised of successful Best Practices agencies will highlight key points and provide personal insight. Click here for more information. Click here to register.
