CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Applies to: Resident producer/broker

C.E. Requirement:  Effective January 1, 2004:  

24 hrs C.E. credit hours required bi-annually - licensing period is for two (2) years.   

3 of the 24 hours must be Law or Ethics.

No allowance for age of producer, time spent in the industry, or number of lines carried.

No carryover of credits from one licensing period to the next.
