DESIGNATION ACCREDITED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (ACSR)
ACSR is a national designation program developed by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) to promote and recognize the professionalism of agency personnel in the insurance industry. Personal and Commercial Lines study guides and examinations are produced by the American Institute for CPCU (AICPCU). With more than 13,000 designees, ACSR is the most prestigious program of its kind. Earning the ACSR designation takes hard work and commitment, and the results are immediate.
