Traditionally Management Conference has been specially tailored to agency owners and principals. This year, under the theme of "leaders inspiring leaders," Management Conference will also have a bonus track for young agents.
The young agents will attend sessions with similar topics geared more toward helping agents begin transitioning to a leadership role in their agency.
The mission of the KAIA is to help perpetuate the independent insurance industry in Kansas. KAIA believes that including young agents in this year's Management Conference will further that mission and bring value to your agency. In fact, we believe it so much that owners or principals who bring a young agent along with them to the conference will receive special pricing on their conference registrations. When you register, simply select "Young Agent Registration" and "I'm bringing a Young Agent."
