Chair - H.E. "Moe" Dugger, AAI
Dugger is the area vice president at Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services in Lexington. He joined the firm after spending eight years with Wells Fargo Insurance Services.
Dugger graduated from Eastern Kentucky Unviersity and has spent his entire career as an agent/broker. He has been a member oft he KYIP Committee since 1998 and on its board for the last three years.
He and his wife Kim live in Nicholasville with their three children.

Chair-Elect - Ross Richey
Ross is the president and owner of Lawton Insurance in Central City, KY. He started with the agency as an intern and joined full time after graduating from Western Kentucky University in 2006 with a degree in Business Management.
Richey has been active with the YAC since 2008 and currently sits on a number of IIAK committees. In his community, he is a member of Leadership Bowling Green and Leadership Muhlenberg. In 2007 he was awarded the Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Muhlenberg Chamber of Commerce.
