MAIA is associated with seven local associations throughout Missouri.  Each local association is independent from MAIA and operates under its own bylaws.

Local associations offer their members opportunities to attend meetings and participate in grass root actions while networking with peers.  MAIA feels involvement of each member at the local level is essential to fulfilling the strategic goals of all brokers and agents.
