During the last week of April, 20 Missouri agents attended the 2009 Big "I" Federal Legislative Conference and Convention. They visited with every member of the Mo. Congressional delegation to represent the interests of the independent agency system. Subsequent visits are likely, as the accelerated timetable for federal health insurance reform increases the need for grassroots representation.
