The State Government watchdog for the citizens of Montana in the insurance and securities industries.  The Montana State Auditor's office is a criminal justice agency charged with protecting Montana's consumers through insurance and securities regulation and also through informing the public about insurance and securities issues.
 

Montana Surplus Lines Agents Association (MSLAA)
The stamping office is contracted with the state of Montana and Public Risk Insurance Management, Inc. to provide an administrative function for all processing and tracking of all surplus lines filings in the state of Montana.   It is a legally separate entity appointed as an advisory organization by the Montana Insurance Commissioner, and primarily performs services as directed by the Commissioner.
