The purpose of the Independent Insurance Agents of Nebraska Young Agents Committee is to encourage young agents to participate in IIAN activities and programs and to take advantage of all the opportunities available through the association.  Involvement creates a viable source of new talent and develops the future leaders of IIAN.

Our Mission:
        To encourage young agents or agents new to the insurance industry to become aware of and get involved in IIAN.  Through such involvement, a pool of qualified young and new agents can provide a viable source of new talent for the development of future   leadership in IIAN and in the insurance industry.

Our Goals:

• To ensure the perpetuation of the independent agency system
• To provide leadership training and networking opportunities
• To promote involvement in IIAN activities
• To help develop Nebraska’s Young Agent programs to be the best in the country
