Agencies, new and old, turn to young agents and those agents new to the business for fresh ideas and talent.  They realize the important and vital role young agents play in protecting their agencies and perpetuating the independent agency system.  They understand the potential  return to their agencies through their networking and communicating with industry peers.  IIABA’s national young agents program has grown to be the largest of its kind with 40 active state young agents committees and 15,000+ members
