IN-HOUSE PROGRAMS |

IIABNJ is available to assist agencies interested in hosting continuing education classes for their employees. For information on scheduling an in-house program, please review the guidelines below and contact IIABNJ's education department at iiabnj@iiabnj.org. |
Guidelines: |

In-house programs must be booked through IIABNJ's education department a minimum of 30 days in advance of the anticipated class date.

Agency are required to appoint a Continuing Education Liaison to coordinate the program with IIABNJ.

Hosting agency must strictly adhere to the New Jersey Continuing Education Regulations.

Agency is resonsible for securing a suitable facility in which the seminar can be held as per the New Jersey Department of Insurance Regulations. Any costs associated with the facility (room rental, food, beverages, etc.) will be incurred by the hosting agency.

IIABNJ must receive a complete student roster one week prior to the seminar date. Rosters need to include: full student name, producer reference number, social security number, date of birth, full agency name, and agency address.

All seminars are valid exclusively for the hosting agency's employees with the exception of situations where an agency elects to host a joint seminar with another qualifying agency. IIABNJ does not limit the number of employees in attendance.

IIABNJ must be notified of class cancellations a minimum of 48 hours prior to the seminar date.

In the event of inclement weather, class postponements or cancellation decisions are made at the descretion of the agency and instructor.

All in-house seminars are subject to the availability of instructors.

All attending agents must sign in and sign out of the program in order to receive CE credits.

IIABNJ offers flexible times for agencies to book their in-house program. All costs of continuing education administration and instructor fees are incurred by IIABNJ. |
