In situations where there are vital legislative items that are incredibly important to the insurance industry, IIABNJ will release an Action Alert rallying owners and employees of every member agency to contact their legislator to request their support or opposition to the specific issue at hand. Action Alerts are forwarded to members via email only when their assistance is needed. Since action in Trenton can move very quickly, it is imperative that members contact their legislators immediately.
Action Alert emails will include specific instructions and background information about the legislation in question.
