The available coverage limits range from $100K to $1M with full prior acts coverage where there is no pending litigation, or knowledge of potential claims, and insures the entity as well as directors, officers, owners, members, partners, and their spouses.

Other program highlights include the "Duty to Defend" provision and the broad definition of "Claim." The insuring agreement is written on a "pay on behalf of" basis. The policy is non-cancelable, except for nonpayment of premium, and has no downsizing exclusion.
