Insuring the 'Nanosecond Culture' - Richard P. Honack, lecturer for executive programs, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University
Honack is an award winning professor, international speaker, and consultant on the topics of cultural trends and realities, marketing, strategic leadership and services marketing and management. His speeches and lectures emphasize the need to understand the changing values, technologies, and dynamics of the six-generations that makeup today’s global ‘Nanosecond culture’—Great Generation, Silent Generation, Baby Boomers, Gen “X”, Gen “Y”, and now Generation “Z”. His presentation will discuss the impact that these generational differences, combined with ever changing technologies, make in the marketing of services and products.
This presentation will focus on how customers use different technological methods across generations and offer a preview on what some are calling the next 'technological revolution' and how it could impact the insurance industry in relation to marketing and communicating with current and future customers.
