Virtual University Research Library
Members who have technical questions that are in need of expert advise are advised to visit Virtual University. The Virtual University Research Library is the heart and soul of VU and one of the broadest, most comprehensive reference libraries in the industry.
Virtual University's Research Library includes three main divisions:

Here you will also have access to VU's free, bi-weekly e-newsletter, VuPoint, that reaches 30,000 subscribers globally. Each issues includes articles on personal lines, commercial lines, agency management, sales and marketing, customer service, technology, and the Internet.
Ask the Expert
Virtual University is comprised of over 40 of the top insurance and agency management experts in the country who donate their time and knowledge to Big 'I' members. At the Virtual University, you may use the “Ask the Expert” service to pose a question to a panel of experts. Over 98% of all questions are responded to within 72 hours of submission, with over half being answered within 24 hours.
