The New Mexico Association has received numerous national and state awards for excellence over the years.  Although we are one of the smallest and youngest of the 51 state organizations that comprise the Big ‘I’ network, New Mexico has won more awards from our national organization (IIABA) than any other state association. 

We are also the only New Mexico association of any kind to have won the prestigious Summit Award from the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE is the national association for associations).    In 2009, IIANM was honored with the highest association award in America for our community service work.  The New Mexico Big I was most recently recognized as a ‘2010 Corporate Hero’ by the New Mexico Business Weekly.
