You will need to print the enrollment form and return to us by fax or mail. If your choice of payment is by check, you may fax the enrollment form to hold your place in the class (depending upon availability, please call our office to check classroom space). We ask that you mail your payment as soon as possible as these courses fill up quickly. You may also mail your enrollment form with your payment.

The CISR will benefit new agents and customer service representatives as they understand and analyze risks and exposures. CISR can also serve as a good course of study prior to attending CIC institutes. The CISR Program is first and foremost a practical program, stressing the understanding and analysis of risks and exposures. It is not meant to replace or imitate the licensing schools conducted by associations. The CISR Program is directed to all those who consider service their personal responsibility.
