If you are a sublicensee on a corporate license, the CE requirement deadline is determined by the type of corporate license.
• Corporate Life Agent expire 6/30/13
• Corporate Life Broker expire 10/31/13
New Course / CE Credit Requirements
Per the NYS Insurance Department, you can no longer receive CE credit for any course previously used for your license renewal.
E&O Premium Credit Requirements
IIABNY members whose E&O coverage is written by Swiss Re/Westport Insurance Corp. or Fireman’s Fund through IAAC can qualify for a premium reduction credit if they meet the 2013 attendance criteria.
