STATUTORY REFERENCE AND HISTORY
Oklahoma Statutes, Title 36 §§ 1422-1432, Statutes Relating to Agents Licensing, were enacted in 1957 designating the Commissioner of Insurance as administrator of the Act. Changes to the Statutes are recommended annually to ensure professionalism among the insurance agents of Oklahoma.
