The IIABO often receives phone calls from frantic agents who have forgotten to take their required continuing education. If you need last minute classes or if you would like to plan ahead, give us a call!
Online Registration (To register on-line with a credit card) You need to login to receive your member discount. Please email us if you need your log-in and password at education@insureoregon.org.

As of May 7, 2012 all individuals licensed in Oregon were assigned a new license number. Your Oregon license number is now the same as your National Producer Number (NPN). To look up your new license number, use the Licensee Lookup tool on the SBS website by clicking here: SBS License Lookup *You must enter your name exactly as it is in their system or it won’t come up. If you’re having trouble finding your record try entering your last name only. Please use your new license number when registering!
Education Transcripts - New to licensees in Oregon will be the ability to view your CE transcripts in real time. If you have questions contact the SBS Help Desk” (leave that) with “Visit SBS Oregon Launch Screen and click on Print Your Education Transcript - NEW. You may do this from the SBS OR Launch Screen If you have questions contact the SBS Help Desk: sbshelp@naic.org or 816-783-8990 The responsibility of reporting course completions will be handled by the education providers, therefore licensees will no longer submit their CE data themselves. In order for us, as your CE provider, to report your course completions we must have your new license number (same as your NPN) when you register for a class. Please use the Licensee Lookup link above if you do not know your new number.
Note about CE Credits: For the next two year renewal cycle, licensees will continue to report any continuing Education courses they took prior to May 7, 2012 to the Oregon Insurance Division by submitting paper documentation. Any courses taken after May 7, 2012 will be reported to the division by the CE providers.
