New courses combine leadership development with practicing problem-solving techniques for management-related issues

Does being a great agent make you a great manager? Unfortunately it does not, and visionary leadership and solid management is what can move a successful agency to the next level. IIABSC's new Executive Leadership series of members-only classes was designed to help existing principals, managers and young agents (future leadership) practice and further develop those skills.
