  Remember the CE rules have changed!
You must now have your continuing education credits by the end of your birth month. 

If you were born in an even year then you must have a total of 24 hours of CE by the end of your birth month in even years - INCLUDING THREE in Ethics and eight in each line of authority. You must also pay $15 recordkeeping fee to Prometric and $25 license renewal fee to the DOI. Failure to complete any of these steps will result in your license be suspended.

The same goes for those born in an odd year, but by the end of their birth month in odd years.
