This year's exhibit hall is the largest yet! There are 70 total exhibit booths available overall, with several premium booth locations to choose from.

New in 2012: Exhibitors can choose their booth location!

The theme of this year's convention is "Calming the Rough Seas" and our exhibit hall will be pirate themed.

Booth Types:

Premium Sponsor Booths (22 available): 10' wide X 6' deep
Premium booths are marked with star on diagram and are only available to Palmetto Partners & sponsors of $350 or more. Includes sponsor benefits listed on sponsorship form.

Supporting Sponsor Booth (30 available): 8' wide X 6' deep
Supporting sponsor booths are gray on the diagram and are only available to Palmetto Partners and sponsors of $150 or more. Includes sponsor benefits listed on sponsorship form.

Regular Booth (18 available): 8' wide X 6' deep
Regular booths are white on the diagram & are available to all interested exhibitors.

*Please Note: ANYONE can become a sponsor and have the opportunity to choose from Premium and Supporting Sponsor Booths. Become a Sponsor by selecting a sponsorship item at the level of your choie from the sponsorship form and submit that form along with your exhibitor registration and payment.  You may also make a general sponsorship contribution by indicating the sponsorship amount of your choice on the form.

Referral Drawing
Get Involved! Refer an agent to attend the Annual Convention and be entered into a $500 drawing! See rules below:

• Anyone who is fully registered to attend the convention can refer one or more agents to attend.
• You will only be eligible for referring first time agent attendees and agents who have not attended the convention in the past 2 years.
• The agent(s) you refer must write YOUR name on their registration form in the "Referred by" space provided.
• Once the registration is received, your name will be entered into a drawing to win $500 AND the individual you referred will be entered into a separate drawing to win $500!
• For every eligible agent that you refer, your name will be entered into the $500 drawing. There is no limit to how many agents you can refer or how many times your name can be entered. The more successful referrals you make, the greater your chances of winning.
• Be sure to inform the agents you refer that they will be entered into a drawing to win $500, too!

Check the 2010 and 2011 Convention attendee lists to be sure you are referring agents that are NOT listed. Thank you for getting involved!

In order to reserve a sleeping room under our room block you MUST be registered for the convention. If you have not registered within one week of making your room reservation, IIABSC reserves the right to drop you from our room block.
