Virginia Bates had more than 20 years of experience consulting for agencies and carriers. She has a background in all property & casualty lines and direct involvement in many automated systems. As co-founder of VMB Associates, she has worked with agencies on intelligent selection and use of technology, profitability and reducing E&O exposure. She has also conducted E&O audits and rehabilitation projects for agencies at the request of E&O carriers.
