Guidelines:
All exhibitors must register online.
Please read all information for booth details, space assignments, instructions for shipping materials to location and exhibit hall hours, etc.
Booth Information & Guidelines:
Booth price includes:

One Company Rep exhibitor registration (each additional exhibitor is $85).

Pipe and Drape

6’ or 8' draped table with two chairs

Exhibitor identification sign and sponsor sign if applicable.

Recognition in conference program
Electricity & Internet access:
-
Electricity is NOT included with booths.
After registering online, exhibitors will receive an electricity order form in your confirmation email that should be completed and returned to the Embassy Suites. All exhibitors are responsible for making arrangements for booth electricity directly with the Hotel.

Wireless Internet access will be available in the exhibit hall.
Booth Décor & Shipping:

Arrangements for any decorating and/or shipping of booth materials should be made through Displays Unlimited, our trade show decorator.
After registering online, exhibitors will receive order forms in your confirmation email to arrange services with Displays Unlimited. Any exhibits shipped directly to the hotel will not be accepted and subject to an additional charge.
Additional Exhibitors:

There is no limit as to how many additional exhibitors you may have at your booth. Additional exhibitor registrations are $85 each.
Booth Types & Pricing:
Premium Booths 10' x 6': Member: $350 Non-Member: $500
Standard Booths 8' x 6': Member: $300 Non-Member: $450
Foyer Booths 8' x 4': Member: $275 Non-Member: $400

Registration Instructions:
All exhibitors must register online.
Exhibit space is limited to the first 65 registrations received.
Booth space reservation priority is determined as follows:
-
Palmetto Partners: priority registration until January 15
-
Last year's Spring Conference exhibitors: registration opens January 16. Priority registration will be available through January 24.

Exhibitor Registration opens to all other interested exhibitors on January 25.
Register Online in 3 easy steps:
Step 1:
Click the "Register Now" button in the top above to fill out the online registration information.
Step 2:
When prompted, you will click a link provided within the registration which will open a new window and allow you to make your top 3 booth selections and input your company information using our new interactive map via "Map Dynamics".
If you have exhibited previously you can search for your company and information will be pre-filled for you.
Step 3:
Once you have provided your selections and confirmed your information with Map Dynamics, return to the registration page to complete your registration and submit your payment.

ALL Exhibitors must indicate their first, second, and third choices for exhibit booth location and remit payment for the top choice. IIABSC will notify accepted exhibitors with their assigned booth number, making adjustments to payments if necessary.
Exhibitors will receive confirmation of your registration and payment once complete. Any forms that you need will be included in your confirmation email. If you have any problems, contact Megan Huebner at mhuebner@iiabsc.com or 803-731-9463.

IMPORTANT:
ALL EXHIBITORS ATTENDING THIS EVENT MUST READ ALL INFORMATION & GUIDELINES PROVIDED BEFORE REGISTERING. BY SUBMITTING YOUR ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR THE SPRING CONFERENCE YOU ARE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND COMPLY WITH THE EARLY BOOTH BREAKDOWN PENALTY (SHOWN BELOW) AND ALL OTHER EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES.
EARLY BOOTH BREAKDOWN PENALTY: IF ANY EXHIBITOR BREAKS DOWN PRIOR TO 6:30 PM ON MARCH 13th THERE WILL BE A $500 PENALTY, AND YOUR COMPANY WILL NO LONGER BE ALLOWED TO EXHIBIT AT ANY FUTURE IIABSC FUNCTION UNTIL THAT FINE IS PAID IN FULL.

Payment:
All exhibitors must submit payment for their TOP booth selection. Payment adjustments will be made if necessary. Full payment MUST be submitted with your online exhibit registration in order to be complete.
Registration deadline is February 28 OR once all exhibit booth space has been assigned. We expect to sell out, so register early.
Cancellation Policy:
A $30 processing fee will apply to all cancellations prior to the deadline. No refund will be issued for any cancellations after the deadline, including additional attendee registrations.
