Starting an insurance agency is a difficult task. Like starting any other business, it requires planning, foresight and tenacity. You should be prepared to demonstrate to insurance companies that you have the ability to operate and manage an insurance agency operation. You should also be able to show insurance companies that your new agency will be good for the insurance company's business plan.
