What is a Young Agent?
 
If your agency is a member of IIAV, -and-
You are under 40 years of age -or-
You have been in the insurance industry for less than five years.

Mission Statement
 
To ensure the perpetuation of the independent agency system, the Young Agents Programs will provide agents with leadership training and networking opportunities giving them the skills they need to improve and enhance their agencies. Through such educational opportunities and association involvement, we will help to develop the next generation of association and industry leaders.
