ACSR National Designation

The Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) program is the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America's (IIABA) national customer service designation program.

With more than 13,000 designees, ACSR is the nation's largest and most prestigious program of its kind. Earning the ACSR designation takes hard work and commitment, and the results are immediate. ACSRs have more product knowledge, better selling and account rounding skills and are highly prepared to provide clients with outstanding service.

General Information about ACSR

ACSR designations can be earned in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines or Life and Health.

You may take the courses in any order.

Anyone may attend the courses and receive the CEC's without taking the exam. However, if you wish to attain the designation, you must pass each of the 5 exams for Personal Lines, 6 exams for Commercial Lines or the 5 exams for the Life/Health Designation.

To earn the ACSR designation you must successfully complete the program and pass the exams within 6 years following the passage of the first exam.
