Event Refund Policy
VIAA Events Refund Policy: Cancellations with full refunds will be made through August 31, 2013. A $35 administrative charge will be made for cancellations received between September 1, 2012 to September 7, 2013. No refunds will be made after September 7, 2012. Refunds will be processed by October 12, 2013.
