Designation Programs


ACSR

The Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) program is a national designation of The Institutes that promotes and recognizes the professionalism of customer service personnel in the insurance industry.  This designation is available in Personal Lines, Commercial Lines or Life and Health.  IIABW has partnered with The Institutes to provide members with quality education through this program.  Online and self-study formats are available through The Institutes.  IIABW offers classroom instruction for the Personal Lines & Commercial Lines designations.  For additional information about the ACSR designation, click here.

AAI

The Accredited Adviser In Insurance (AAI) program is a national designation of The Institutes that is ideal for all agency staff, including producers, customer service representatives, account managers and support staff.  This program provides you with the tools to establish a professional advantage in the marketplace and a strong focus on customer service.  Self-study program is available through IIABW.  Online format is available through The Institutes.  For information about this program, click here.
