Self-Study Correspondence Courses (workbook)
Over 33 self-study courses are available. Topics range from policy rating to coverages in property and casualty insurance, commercial and personal lines and ethics. These courses are specifically designed for agency personnel training. Courses feature comprehensive, programmed instruction and an easy-to-follow workbook format. When completed, materials become an excellent reference source.
These courses can also provide a cost-effective solution to meeting continuing education requirements. C.E. credits are earned by scoring a 70% or better on the final exam. IIABW offers a continuing education grading service for these programs with a "same day" turnaround time for processing. Computer Based Technical Insurance Programs
Over 25 IGS Educational Software programs are available for agency personnel training as well as to provide another cost-effective solution to meeting continuing education requirements. Online CE Courses
Two options are available for online continuing education courses:
Option 1:
 The Big "I" Virtual University Learn Center makes earning continuing education credits easy, whether users are online education novices or seasoned in the art of distance learning. C.E. courses include three E&O loss control courses which may enable you to receive loss control credit on Swiss Re E&O policies. Option 2:
IIABW has partnered with CEU.com to provide you with an excellent online education option that is backed by The Institutes (AICPCU/IIA). Option 3: NEW
IIABW has partnered with Risk & Insurance Education (RIE) to offer 9 self-study/online continuing education programs all created and instructed by RIE’s Dave Sanborn, CPCU. Many of you will remember Dave for the excellent courses he has instructed for IIABW over the years.
Courses are available online or on DVD. Most are 3 or 4 hours (8 for the GL). Dave instructs over PowerPoint slides. Handouts are available. All are approved for WA c.e. Cost is $6 per credit hour. Choose from:

New Employee Online Training Series (NO C.E.)
