The West Virginia Insuror - Published for more than forty years, the West Virginia Insuror is the official publication of the Independent Insurance Agents of West Virginia (IIAWV).  Our audience consists of more than one hundred sixty member agencies and dozens of associate members employing several thousand insurance agents throughout West Virginia and thousands more insurance professionals throughout America. This includes agency owners, principals, and producers, as well as insurance carrier management personnel at every level of operation.  The West Virginia Insuror  provides a forum for communication between the Association and it membership and seeks to provide readers with accurate, timely and valuable information they need to succeed in the insurance industry.

Ad Specifics:

The West Virginia Insuror   is published in a broadcast email format (agency and individual email addresses) – sending twenty-four (24) issues each year to the IIAWV membership throughout the state, with some of our members being outside our state boundaries. The few members who do not have email capability receive a copy via regular mail. The publication, including a link to the sponsor's web site, is also posted on the IIAWV Web Site. ***Please note, only FULL SPONSORS are listed and linked to on the IIAWV web site.***

The following are some advertising details to keep in mind:

• No additional charge for COLOR
• Two or three issues per month
• One full sponsor per issue, other ads as available
• Published in email and web format
• Sponsorship may be for an individual issue, or multiple issues
• Multiple issues are limited to one issue per month, unless specifically approved by IIAWV
• Name of Advertiser/Sponsor appears on first page, with the ad itself on final page
• All ads must be in JPG, GIF, or Camera Ready form (full color or grayscale)
• Ads must be received in IIAWV office at least ten (10) days prior to publication
• Ad rates vary per size. Please review the 2012 Advertising Contract for details
• Sponsorship is on a first-come, first-served basis, issues are reserved with the signed contract and payment
• IIAWV reserves the right of acceptance as to character, layout, text and illustration
