On behalf of the InVEST Board of Directors (pdf), thank you for your contribution. Without the financial support of a growing family of more than 30 insurance carriers, independent agencies and brokers, InVEST would not be what it is today-the only educational program of its kind that prepares students to assume entry-level positions within the insurance industry.

Sponsors of InVEST are encouraged to get involved in local programs by hosting job shadow events, offering internships and becoming classroom liaisons. Here you will find the tools you need to get even more involved in InVEST:

• Get all the information you need to run a successful job shadow event from the experts at the National Job Shadow Coalition.
• Staffing issues continue to be a major challenge for independent agencies and one way to address these issues is to develop a quality internship program.
