InVEST is a one-of-a-kind program that educates high school and college students on insurance, financial services and risk management and encourages them to pursue careers in the industry.. For more than thirty years, InVEST has been the premier training and recruitment program for young people in the insurance industry InVEST is truly classroom to career insurance training. Students are introduced to the wide range of exciting insurance professions through the use of course books, guest speakers and mock agency exercises.

In 2008 InVEST offered more than $61,000 in scholarships to high school and community college students to help them purse fulfilling careers in the insurance industry. Although InVEST has been called the industry’s “best kept secret,” many carriers, agents and brokers have been hiring program graduates for years. . A 501 (c) 3 educational trust, InVEST relies solely on tax-deductible contributions and this financial support determines the program’s ability to grow. InVEST and companies share a common goal—to secure the future of the insurance industry—and your company’s partnership is crucial to InVEST’s success.
