This is the fourth in a series of webinars hosted by ACT’s Social Web Work Group addressing the most frequent questions from agents regarding the use of social media. It supplemented an ACT report titled, “Creating a Social Web Policy for Your Independent Agency.” The second webinar was an introduction to social media for independent agents.
