Earn Your ACSR Designation online The Big "I" is pleased to offer students the opportunity to earn their ACSR personal, commercial and life/health designation online through the Big "I" Virtual University. By offering the designation online agency principals can take advantage of the convenience of not being required to send staff on the road to attend a class and can allow the students to schedule learning time. | Accredited Customer Service Representative Designation
(ACSR) |
The Accredited Customer Service Representative program is a nationally recognized designation program created by the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America, Inc. and AICPCU/IIA. The ACSR program is designed for CSRs as well as agency managers who find the well-organized curriculum of ACSR to be an excellent way to learn key coverages and sharpen technical and customer service knowledge.

Associate In Insurance Account Management
(AIAM) |
The Associate in Insurance Account Management program is six days of classes held two days at a time and covers everything from customer service to leadership skills. The students learn the full psychology of customer relationship management, how to manage their workflow and how to apply the information on a day to day basis. The students' own actual experiences are discussed amoung the group, thus learning from each other's successes and failures.
The designation program is designed for all customer service representatives, account executives, ACSR or similar designation holders, and any other non-production staff in an agency. It is the partner program to the Elite Force Sales Training (AIP) and is not open to outside sales staff.

Associate in Agency Operations (AIAO) | The IIABA created the Associate in Insurance Agency Operations in 2004 as an educational program designed to provide insurance agency owners, producers and managers serving emerging markets with the planning, sales and service expertise necessary to build successful independent agency operations.

Associate In Insurance Production Designation
(AIP) |
The Elite Force Sales Training Program is designed to be a complete training program for newer producers (recommended for agents with less than three years experience in sales and less than five in the insurance industry) who have a basic understanding of the sales process who now seek the foundation of a strong sales skills program to transform them into superstars in production. Students learn everything from prospecting to data gathering and closing and the full pschyology of a sale. Skilled instructors teach personality traits, negotiation skills, time management, consultative relationship building, building credibility, and more with several popular sales techniques reviewed. Graduates of the program earn the Associate In Insurance Production (AIP) designation.
