AUGIE's revised Commercial Lines Download Agency Start-Up Guide (Feb 2010) is a "must have" step by step tool for any agency contemplating or in the process of implementing Commercial Lines Download. ACT Commercial Lines Download Report - This May, 2005 report outlines the latest efforts in the industry to make commercial lines downloads more accurate for agencies. It recommends that carriers newly implement an agency testing process and contains prototype documents for carriers and vendors to use so that agencies can implement these downloads from a particular carrier more effectively. ACT Download Work Group Report and Recommendations - This report provides a good overview of the continued importance of download in a Real-Time world; what the objectives and benefits of download are for agencies, carriers and vendors; what the overarching issues are to make download more effective; and recommendations for improved downloading.
