CISR Agency Operations WEBINAR

Approved for 7 Hours of Continuing Education Credits in Arizona and ALL 50 states. To earn CE and/or your annual CISR or CISR Elite update, you will be required to answer 4 randomly-timed poll questions for every one of the seven hours of class time. If you miss any of them because your attention was away from your screen, you could affect your chance to earn the credit. We advise you to give the presentation your complete and undivided attention. You will get bathroom breaks for 10 minutes at the end of each hour. There will also be an exam review on the 26th for those who wish to take the exam in order to earn the CISR or CISR designation.
ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED: You will receive the course notebook in a PDF, and you will receive a GoToWebinar link that you will need to click on to enter your first name last name and your email address. You will then see two links for to join the webinar, one for each of the class days. We ask that you join the "waiting room" of the webinar by 7:50 AM each morning so that we can start the meeting on time once all the participants are present and accounted for. Please try to be a little early. We will start at 8:00 AM and there could be a poll question right away, and ALL poll questions (28 in total) will need to be answered by everyone who is seeking CE credit and designation update credit.
OPTIONAL AGENCY OPERATIONS EXAM: The exam will be accessible through your own personal PROfile at https://pro.scic.com/SignIn from Monday, June 29th to Wednesday, July 1st. There is a seventy-two hour window that the exam will be available to you. You will receive additional instructions via email. If you are taking this class for CE only, or to earn reaccreditation for your CISR or CISR Elite designation, you ARE NOT required to take and pass the exam.
DESCRIPTION: This course helps make you an indispensable team player in any insurance agency. As you work with colleagues and customers, you will do so with enhanced self-assurance and a greater understanding of the dynamics within insurance organizations. Also, understanding how agencies operate is essential training for both insurance agency and company personnel. This course also contains ONE hour of ETHICS CE credit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund if written notification is received seven (7) business days prior to the seminar. Cancellations received after that date will incur a $25 non-transferable fee. No shows forfeit full registration fees. ITEC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule this event. No transferring of funds to a future seminar will be allowed. The IIABAZ will refund cancelled registrations, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
