HOW TO JOIN THE WEBINAR: You will receive an email from this email address: customercare@gotowebinar.com the week before the class start date with your GoToWebinar invitation links. There will be FOUR of them. Once you have those links, be sure to join each session of the webinar at the appropriate times. For the very first session, please join no later than 7:50 AM (PHOENIX TIME, which is Mountain Standard Time) on the morning of March 10th and March 11th so that we may make sure everyone has joined the webinar. We will start right at 8:00 AM (PHOENIX TIME, again Mountain Standard Time). We advise you to be on time as you could miss the first poll question, and you don't want to miss any poll questions as they act as the attendance sign-in verification and attentiveness. There will be FOUR poll questions asked per hour. Once a poll question is asked, we don't repeat it. We also cannot announce when a poll is in progress. Each poll will be on screen for 45 seconds or less, if 100% of the attendees answer the poll(s) faster than 45 seconds.

HELPFUL TIP FOR WEB-BASED PARTICIPANTS: For every hour of the 16 hour webinar, there will be four random poll questions with multiple choice answers which pop up. They are not based on the material being presented. ALL web-based participants are required to answer each question in order to earn your CE credits and your designation reaccreditation. If you miss too many, your ability to earn CE could be affected, so multi-tasking is simply NOT advised. Each question will be on your screen for 45 seconds at most, or less than 45 seconds if everyone answers the question quickly. You simply need to respond to each question asked. Your responses are not graded. They simply act as an online sign-in sheet to gauge your attentiveness. GoToWebinar does measure your attentiveness percentage, and it is in your best interest to have a high percentage.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund if written notification is received before March 1, 2022. Cancellations received after February 28, 2022 will incur a $75 non-transferable fee. If you do not cancel and do not attend the program, you will incur a $125 fee.
