Approved for 8 Hours of Continuing Education Credits in Arizona. To earn CE and/or your annual CRIS update reaccreditation, you will be required to answer 3 randomly-timed poll questions for every hour of class time.

IF YOU ARE ATTENDING IN PERSON:
Please be sure to arrive at the ITEC classroom no later then 7:45 am so you can sign in, get settled, and find your seat. Lunch will not be provided but you are more than welcome to use the fridge in the kitchen if you plan on bringing your own lunch. Fresh coffee, an assortment of canned sodas, and bottled water will be available to you in the kitchen.

IF YOU ARE ATTENDING ONLINE:
To earn CE and/or your annual CRIS update reaccreditation, you will be required to answer 3 randomly-timed poll questions for every hour of class time. If you miss any of the polls because your attention was away from your screen, you could affect your chance to earn the credit.  We advise you to give the presentation your complete and undivided attention.  You will get bathroom breaks for 10 minutes at the end of each hour.

About one week before the date of the webinar, you will receive the course notebook in a PDF, and you will receive two GoToWebinar links that you will need to click on, and you will be asked to enter your first and last name and your email address.  You will then use the links which GoToWebinar will email to you to join the webinar on the morning of the class.  We'd like you to be in the webinar's "waiting room" by 7:50 am so that we may start the webinar on time once all the registered participants are present and accounted for.  If you are on our roster and we cannot identify your name on the list of "PRESENT" participants as we are about to get underway, we may ask you to log out and re-enter the webinar again, so please try to be a little early.  We will start at 8:00 am and there could very well be a poll question right away.  ALL poll questions will need to be answered if you are seeking CE credit hours and/or CRIS designation update credit.

OPTIONAL CRIS EXAM:
The exam will be accessible for you at the WebCE website (http://cris.webce.com).  If you tell us you are planning to take the exam, you will be emailed an exam certificate that will then grant you free access to the exam.  The certificate will contain your exam code, a support phone number to call if needed, and step by step directions.  You will not need a proctor, it is not timed, and you can use your book and your notes.  This is a completely different policy than the exams for the CISR designation.  The CISR and CRIS designations programs do not count towards one another.
