Approved for 7 Hours of Continuing Education Credits in Arizona, and should be approved for all 50 states.  To earn CE and/or your annual CISR or CISR Elite update, you will be required to answer 3 randomly-timed poll questions for every one of the seven hours of class time.  If you miss any of them because your attention was away from your screen, you could affect your chance to earn the credit.  We advise you to give the presentation your complete and undivided attention.  You will get bathroom breaks for 10 minutes at the end of each hour.

The first four hours of class will take place on Thursday – July 7, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, MST.  The last portion of the program, including an exam review will conclude from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM the very next day – July 8, 2022.  If all you need is CE or to satisfy your annual designation reaccreditation, be sure to be present in the webinar for the entire time and answer all of the poll questions.  If you are planning to take the exam to earn your CISR or CISR Elite, the exam will be hosted through The National Alliance Learning Management System in your PROFILE at www.scic.com.  The exam window opens the Monday following the conclusion of the course and closes later that week on Thursday at midnight CST.  You will receive an email with directions for the exam procedure the same week of the webinar.

ONCE YOU ARE REGISTERED:  About one week before the date of the webinar, you will receive the course notebook in a PDF. Within 5 business days of the start of the course, all registrants can expect to receive an email from
customercare@gotowebinar.com that will contain instructions on how to join each session of the webinar. Please be sure to whitelist this email address in advance so you can receive this crucial information. Those who register within 5 business days of this course will receive the emails within 24-48 hours of registration. Please be sure that the email address which you provide to us at the time of registration is 100% accurate and is an email address you have 24 hour access to. Those who do not receive the emails from customercare@gotowebinar.com within 5 business days of the course need to contact the office of the IIABAZ as soon as possible.

We'd like you to be in the webinar's "waiting room" by 7:50 AM so that we may start the webinar on time once all the registered participants are present and accounted for.  If you are on our roster and we cannot identify your name on the list of "PRESENT" participants as we are about to get underway, we may ask you to log out and re-enter the webinar again, so please try to be present a little early.  We will start at 8:00 AM and there could very well be a poll question right away.  ALL poll questions will need to be answered if you are seeking CE credit hours and/or CISR or CISR Elite designation update credit.

DESCRIPTION:  One objective of this course is to clarify who is and who is not an insured in specific situations as defined by the Business Auto Coverage Form.

This course, like Commercial Casualty I, expands your ability to have a confident relationship with your commercial customers in the area of commercial casualty exposures and coverages. In Commercial Casualty II, the focus is the Business Auto Policy, the Workers Compensation Policy, and Excess Liability Policies. You will improve your understanding in each of these vital areas. Topics:

  •  - Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability
  •  - Introduction to Business Auto Coverage
  •  - Excess Liability and Commercial Umbrella Policies

Those who completed the Insuring Commercial Casualty Exposures course (which was available prior to Commercial Casualty I and Commercial Casualty II), may choose either Commercial Casualty I or Commercial Casualty II as part of their five courses to earn the CISR designation, but not both.
